Our client. Dr. Korman Laboratories set out in 2009 to make premium aesthetic technologies more accessible. More than a million procedures later, Open is proud to have supported the company’s branding and marketing rollout of two product brands in more than 60 countries.
The challenge.. In the aesthetics industry, big global competitors have overwhelming marketing budgets. As a small, specialized competitor, Dr. Korman needed a bold value proposition that would set itself apart from low-quality global competitors while competing for attention against leading brands. Both RadiaNt and HydroxyFill dermal fillers were in need of a brand platform, messaging guide, graphic identity, clinical sales presentations and social media marketing assets that could be consistently applied across dozens of markets worldwide.
Our role. Open worked in close collaboration with Dr. Svetlana Korman, Head of Marketing and local marketing and sales representatives in South and Central America to define each brand’s position. With these largest markets as a foundation, brand and messaging platforms and guidelines were created to support consistent sales and distributor trainings across all markets. Technology animations, corporate film, product websites, clinical sales presentations and social media materials formed the core branded assets for localization.
The Results. RadiaNt and HydroxyFill dermal fillers are now firmly established among thousands of clinicians in more than 60 countries. From a single in-house production and cGMP manufacturing facility, Dr. Korman Laboratories can now serve the world with a complete range of aesthetic solutions under product brands that reflect the same quality, consistency and care as the technologies they create.
